Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase IF ITEM IS RETURNED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of recipt of item/s. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a web/store credit.
ACCESSORIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and a web/store credit only will be issued upon return of the following: bags, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Scarves, Belts, Hats, & Fragrance.
Sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE: no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions.
We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, Fed Ex, or Certified USPS for your return.

- Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- Once canvasmalibu.com receives the returned item, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit and send you a copy of the receipt via email or the US Postal Service.
IN STORE RETURNS FOR WEBSITE PURCHASES
We accept returns of merchandise bought online at our shop. Please drop off the item(s) and the store will transfer the item(s) to our website headquarters, at which point we will issue you a refund and email or mail the receipt to you. The store cannot issue you a refund at the time of drop-off. This process will take no more than 2-3 business days.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/23-12/24. All orders place within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15.
